Custom Settings
promoterJSON
boxOffice
eticketFilename
A custom eticket template can be set either for an entire account by setting this at promoter.promoterJSON level or for a single event by setting it at event.eventJSON level.
Custom template files are stored in the web-services repository under \wwwroot\web-services\pdf\eticket\twig\custom-templates\ticket, the best way to make one is to copy an existing one and change the name to something identifiable to the EO or to copy the ../../singleticket.html.twig or ../../ticket.html.twig (depending on the EO's setting)file into the directory and alter as needed
Automatic Templates
Custom templates can also be set without using promoterJSON by creating a template with just the EO's ID (e.g. 1509.html.twig) as the filename in the \wwwroot\web-services\pdf\eticket\twig\custom-templates\ticket directory, the system will first check here before looking for a promoterJSON value.
Venue Templates
Custom partial templates can be set to modify the venue information portion of the eticket found on the summary page. As per the automatic template, any twig file using the EO's ID placed in \wwwroot\web-services\pdf\eticket\twig\custom-templates\venue will get picked up and injected by the system.
Note:
There is currently no promoterJSON entry for venue template partials.
